Job Description
Job Summary : As an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure high standards of food quality, and drive business growth.
Your role is crucial in maintaining a positive and productive work environment while achieving the restaurant’s performance goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring team members adhere to company policies and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee cash management, including daily cash handling and financial reporting.
- Support the General Manager in managing labor costs and optimizing scheduling.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and restaurant management software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
