Empire Technological Group DBA Aruze gaming Global is looking to add a Shipping Compliance Coordinator to our team!
Responsibilities :
- Understand regulation and procedural requirements for product shipments.
- Assist in managing and submitting product shipment notification packages, including completing detailed forms, writing letters, and documentation.
- Help maintain records of all historical machine and serial number shipments by jurisdiction.
- Work with Sales, Production, Materials, and Inventory teams to ensure only approved hardware and software are shipped.
- Support the oversight of all gaming product shipments with regulatory agencies to ensure legal presence and movement of products.
- Maintain a library of all jurisdictional requirements for shipping notifications.
- Assist in providing accurate reporting of game movement to respective regulatory agencies.
- Serve as a point of contact for coordinating responses to regulatory agency inquiries / issues related to shipping notifications.
- Stay updated on rules, regulations, and legislative requirements of various gaming jurisdictions as they pertain to submission requirements.
Skills / Abilities :
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a bachelor's degree in business, Law, Compliance, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field in the gaming industry.
