• $35 / HR
• Attends training sessions, passes content assessment, and delivers designated instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and / or writing skills to eligible students through utilization of Company materials and educational strategies.
• Develops and maintains individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Ensures supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from the classroom or to mobile / trailer classroom.
• Establishes and maintains student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and / or federal agencies.
• Attends and documents conferences / meetings / trainings with Company Supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents as required by the Company, local, state, and / or federal agencies.
• Maintains inventory of educational materials and supplies.
• Employee assistance program.
• Schedule(s) : Transfiguration ES : Math (1 day a week for 5 hours) / ELA (1 day a week for 3 hours)School of Santa Isabel : Math / 1.

5 days for 6 hoursMaria Regina School : Math / 1 day a week for 5.5 hours / Tuesdays or Thursdays

What we’ll need from you : The positive, enthusiastic teacher we seek has these qualifications.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Intervention setting with students who are below grade level
• Ability to provide differentiation within the classroom to meet the needs of each student
• Experience with K-8 teaching Math and ELA
• Ability to use scripted curriculum to instruct students
• Ability to read data to inform instructional practices
• Willingness to differentiate instruction and reteach as needed so students can master content

Other essential requirements

• Must understand that all children can learn.
• Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers.
• Must be flexible.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
