Serve patients by performing skills that comprise the essence of phlebotomy according to established procedures.
Interact with patients, general public, and medical personnel in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Maintains confidentiality of client information as outlined in HIPAA guidelines.
Practice all OSHA safety standards including disposal of biohazard waste.
Perform accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times.

Document problems and report critical issues as they occur to supervisor or physician / provider.
