Position : Commercial Lender

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Assess creditworthiness and evaluate financial statements to determine loan eligibility
• Develop and implement loan structures that meet both the needs of the client and the institution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and timely loan closings
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and compliance guidelines

Essential Job Functions :

• Originate, underwrite, and close commercial loans
• Actively prospect and market to potential new clients
• Analyze credit risk and make informed lending decisions
• Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios
• Stay up-to-date on market conditions and identify new business opportunities

Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and underwriting principles
• Prior experience as a loan underwriter or credit analyst is MANDATORY.
• Prior experience in preparation of loan memorandums for credit committee approval is also MANDATORY.
• Formal Credit Training in your background is Desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving loan production goals
• Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance standards

Benefits :

• Competitive salary : $100,000 to $169,000
