Position Overview :
Reporting to the Corporate Accounting Manager the StaffAccountant will play a key role in managing the companys financialtransactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financialactivities.
This position offers an opportunity for adetailoriented and motivated professional to contribute to agrowing team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee monthly financial activities includingbut not limited to AP AR and General Ledgerentries.
- Timely processing of invoices expensesreimbursement reports and relateddocuments.
- Process journal entries accruals andaccount reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of bankstatements and credit card reports foraccuracy.
- Assist with monthend and yearendclosings.
- Maintain financial transactionrecords and reporting.
- Assist with thepreparation of financial statements andanalysis.
- Aid with annual and adhocaudits.
- Ensure adherence to financial policiesand procedures.
Qualifications :
- 23 years of related General Ledger accountingexperience
- Bachelors degree in AccountingFinance or another related field
- Practical ERPand Excel experience
- Strong attention to detailprofessional written and verbal communicationskills
Compensation :
Competitive salary range : $65000 $75000 peryear plus benefits and performance incentives.
