Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking Specimen Processor for a for a temp-to-hire position at a premier, client in Beaverton, OR.

Pay : $20 / hour

Overview

This client is an industry leading CLIA certified diagnostic laboratory and the leader in hormone and wellness testing. They provide accurate and meaningful test results that assist health care providers in making informed treatment decisions.

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-4 : 30PM

Responsibilities :

• Receive and open specimen packages. Attach relevant paperwork and samples
• Review requisitions for complete patient and billing information
• Accession laboratory specimens and deliver to the lab for testing
• Accurately log patient information from requisition form into company software
• Document scanning Route requisitions / payments to the appropriate department for processing
• Accession / enter patient information on samples that arrive from accounts requiring special handling Accession / enter patient information on samples that arrive with tests ordered requiring special handling
• Handle inquiries about problematic evaluations from both inside and outside the department
• Train new employees on department tasks
• Cross train other staff members as needed Track, log, and report new employee analytics
• Perform additional tasks outside the department as needed

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable with repetitive daily tasks
• Great typing skills
• Ability to sit or stand for an extended period of time.
• Good attention to detail
• Data entry
