A company is looking for a Key Account Executive who will engage existing and prospective clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities :
Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
Act as a liaison between the client and operations team regarding client needs
Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service and recommending client-focused solutions
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Previous sales experience or account management of 3+ years is preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Proven success managing a book of business
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
