General Superintendent
This prominent role is multi-dimensional and crucial to the division's success. The General Superintendent is responsible for delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget, overseeing the day-to-day progress at all construction sites with integrity and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain construction schedules for multiple ongoing projects.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of production schedules, land improvement schedules, jobs in progress documents, and new home delivery schedules.
- Supervise superintendents and construction personnel directly.
- Manage the field construction staff to improve quality, maximize schedule efficiency, and control costs.
- Enhance the quality of all field construction operations to meet company goals for homeowner satisfaction.
- Continuously review all project plans, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other related material.
- Establish consistency in the Quality Control Inspection Program.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Residential Construction, with a focus on the General Superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices.
- Ability to review and understand all plans and specifications with a thorough knowledge of all trades and technical aspects of construction.
- Capability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with multiple departments to meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
