Technical Business Analyst

Role : Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

This role will require you to work closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to design, document, and validate solutions that meet business needs and align with our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation : Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop detailed use cases, and translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Cross-functional Liaison : Act as the main point of communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Solution Design & Validation : Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to validate designs, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Project Management Support : Assist with project planning, tracking, and coordination, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and suggest improvements to processes and solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven Experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Technical Acumen : Solid understanding of-
• Cloud Technologies (AWS preferred)
• Web Services & Microservice Architecture
• Event-driven Architecture : Familiarity with systems that respond to real-time events
• Kubernetes : Experience with container orchestration and management
• Database Design : Understanding of database structures, normalization, and best practices

Preferred Skills

• Ability to handle some project management tasks, such as timeline coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
