Position : Marketing / Sales Assistant Location : Tampa, FL Job Type : Full-Time preferred About the Role : As a Marketing / Sales Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of exciting retail events, trade shows, and activations, representing top products and making meaningful customer connections.
Your enthusiasm, charisma, and knack for communication will help drive sales and build brand loyalty, making you an essential part of the team’s success.
Key Responsibilities : Be the face of the brand at lively retail events, trade shows, and in-store promotions. Strike up conversations with potential customers, sharing all the best features and benefits of products.
Build relationships that keep customers coming back! Hand out samples, promotional materials, and drive interest. Collect valuable feedback and insights to help shape future events.
Keep things organized and professional by assisting with event setup and teardown. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to blow past sales goals.
What We’re Looking For : Sales or customer service experience is a plus! Top-notch communication skills and a love for meeting new people.
A positive, outgoing personality that draws people in. Independent but also a great team player. Flexibility to work shifts that include weekends and evenings.
