POSITIONDESCRIPTION Main Outputs and Responsibilities for thisPosition
TechnicalProcess Support
- Industrialise and maintain product processesto ensure effective and goal driven startups and processsustainability for the setting and processing team.
- Gather data and perform basic analysis tosupport production processes and engineering projects. Identifytrends issues or areas for improvement.
- Ensure machine reliability as per requirements of thesetters.
- Monitor operations and effectcorrective action as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Control s (waste)objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industrystandards and regulations.
- Identify processrelated issues or problems and propose solutions.
- Ensure effective use of equipment in linewith company policies production objectives and OHSAct.
- Ensure company assets to your care andfor your use are maintained and are in good workingcondition
- Train electrical setting andprocessing teams as required on best practice re use of tools andprocesses to be used in daily work as appropriate.
- Assist in the implementation of new systemsor software to enhance productivity.
- Maintaindetailed records of work processes changes and outcomes.
Inventoryand Resource Management
- Monitor and manage inventory of technicalsupplies and equipment.
- Order and purchasenecessary equipment and materials as directed / required for dailyuse orprojects.
Healthand Safety
- Ensure and enforce that aspects in area ofresponsibility conform to health and safetyrequirements.
- Maintain housekeeping standardsin area of responsibility (e.g. ensure cleanliness assignedmachines and areas).
- Work safely and report onsafety hazards or issues.
- Report any accidentsincidents and nearmisses.
Quality
- Apply the companys quality principles andstandards.
- Maintain Good ManufacturingPractices (GMP).
- Food Safety SystemCertification (FSSC)
