Patient Care Advocate

VCA Animal Specialty Group is a 24-hour Specialty and Emergency hospital located at 5610 Kearny Mesa Road, San Diego. Recently remodeled and upgraded to include top of the line equipment such as MRI, CT, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound and Digital Radiography.

If you are looking for a unique opportunity to be a part of something special, look no further. ASG is searching for an individual with sharp attention to detail to join our team as a Patient Care Advocate.

Be the liaison between doctors, techs and pet parents! In this role, you'll help our pet parents understand the various treatment options available to their pet by creating and reviewing treatment plans as well as provide financial updates during the pets stay.

The ideal candidate will have client service experience as well as experience in the veterinary profession.
