Job Responsibilities
- Cleans, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, cookware, utensils, and small kitchen items.
- Handcrafted items must be meticulously washed and cared for by hand; they cannot be processed through the dishwasher.
- Keeps the kitchen area tidy by cleaning floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves.
- Helps with receiving and properly storing kitchen deliveries, ensuring products are organized and rotated correctly.
- Punctually arrives at the work station, well-groomed, appropriately dressed, and prepared to start; attends all scheduled shifts and participates in required trainings and meetings.
- Ensures the work environment is clean and sanitary, maintaining equipment according to hygiene and safety standards.
