We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Spring Semester. This role will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in creating KHAITE specific content for LinkedIn Learning
• Draft and design internal KHAITE employee newsletters
• Support the relaunch of the KHAITE careers site, ensuring an engaging and on-brand candidate experience
• Help organize and coordinate training workshops for our internship group
• Contribute to other People team projects as needed
• Assist in maintaining and updating learning resources, guides, and toolkits
• Research industry best practices in employee learning and engagement to inform new initiatives
• Track participation and feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement
