Gearsupply is building the Amazon.com of Concert Equipment. Join the fastest growing start-up in the concert industry. Our sales team of GearGuru’s, work exclusively with top production companies for major events at venues like Dodgers Stadium, Fountain Square, and Hard Rock Casinos.
We offer a competitive, fast-paced environment where our reps average over $200k in sales within their first three months and earn an OTE of $75k+.

What you’ll be doing :
- Global Engagement : Build relationships with production companies worldwide, expanding our reach and influence in the concert industry.
- Lucrative Earnings : Achieve an OTE of $75k+, with previous reps exceeding $180k OTE in less than a year, highlighting the financial rewards of your hard work.
- High Sales Achievement : Average over $200k in sales within the first three months, playing a key role in our company's rapid growth.

What we are looking for :
- 1+ years of successful experience in sales or business development, preferably within the B2B or online marketplace sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and demonstrating consistent revenue growth.
- Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of closing significant deals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
