Key Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries via phone, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions.
Perform data entry tasks with precision, updating customer information and handling service tickets.
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them effectively, ensuring a positive experience every time.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and follow up on customer inquiries.
Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and report trends to improve service.
What We’re Looking For :
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle high call volumes while staying organized and professional.
Experience with data entry or a willingness to learn.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
