About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Manager to join our fast-paced Creative Agency team. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of creative assets across various media platforms, ensuring all deadlines are met and the highest quality standards are maintained.

You will act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, facilitating smooth communication and efficient workflow.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery process for a high volume of creative assets, including TV commercials, digital ads, social media content, and print materials.
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams, producers, and account managers to understand project requirements, timelines, and delivery specifications.
  • Develop and maintain detailed delivery schedules, tracking progress and proactively identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Manage asset trafficking, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to appropriate media outlets, vendors, and platforms.
  • Understand and adhere to technical specifications and requirements for various media channels.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all delivered assets, including version control and delivery confirmations.
  • Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding delivery status, updates, and any potential issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy within the delivery workflow.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to asset delivery and media trafficking.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency, production company, or media organization.
  • Proven experience managing the delivery of TV commercials (TVCs) and a strong understanding of the associated trafficking processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital asset management systems (DAM) and their application in creative workflows.
  • Familiarity with various media buying platforms and ad serving technologies.
  • Strong understanding of different file formats, codecs, and technical specifications for various media channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
