Your Role at Kosas

We are looking for a Manager, International Trade Marketing based in Los Angeles that will support our local sales + marketing teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

You will work cross-functionally to support the successful global execution of our marketing plans and new product launches, specifically coordinating and managing trade marketing activities for our international retailers as the key liaison in our US headquarters.

How You'll Contribute

• Maintain all international marketing calendars by country + retailer
• Ensure timely + accurate submission of all international retailer product set up forms
• Project manage all creative asset requirements for international retailers end-to-end (from brief through delivery) across all channels, including retailer.

• Comp management + tracking across all needs including merchant testing, retailer photography, marketing pitching, VM sizing, etc.
• Execute sampling + promotional programming including submission of forecasts, coordination of timelines, trade execution, programming and tracking budgets
• Support Visual Merchandising team in tracking all international VM timelines and needs
• Maintain assortments for each retail partner by visual merchandising type + .com
• Submit invoices / expenses, keeping each country’s budget up to date and tracking to plan
• Coordinate any global support needed from US-based channels such as PR, social media, and kosas.com

Who You Are

• Self-starter + solution-oriented, able to work both independently and as a team player in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
• Agile and flexible, with ability to prioritize + manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional written + oral communicator, with the professional maturity to navigate different cultures and partners
• Extremely comfortable with detailed numbers and budget management

What You'll Bring

• 4-5 years of related experience in trade marketing or field; Sephora experience preferred!
• Very strong project management + organizational skills with a high attention to detail and excellence in execution
• Ability to support international time zones and travel as needed

The range of base salary for full-time position is between $75,000-$95,000 per year. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skillset, education, and work location.
