Technical Skills : z / OS, Parallel Sysplex, DFSMS, DFSMShsm, Metro mirror, GDPS, Flashcopy
Job description :
- Extremely familiar with IBM z / OS operating system
- Knowledge on Parallel Sysplex concepts
- Experience mainframe LPAR builds
- Implement DFSMS
- Develop and maintain ACS routines
- Support DFSMSdss data movement, dump and restores of DASD volume
- Implement automatic backup and migration (DFSMShsm)
- Expertise in managing catalogs
- Implement and support advanced copy services like PPRC, XRC, Flashcopy
- Installing and configuring additional physical storage
- DR support
