Process Technician - All Shift Available - $21-$27 / HR
Job Description
As a Process Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include :
- Verifying production schedules and current process parameters.
- Checking for mold and material changes to adapt to production needs.
- Correcting process parameters to align with master standards and recording changes accurately.
- Ensuring the timely completion of mold changes to minimize downtime.
- Maintaining and monitoring job cycle times for operational efficiency.
- Controlling scrap rates and managing downtime effectively.
- Following up on tooling and maintenance work orders to ensure ongoing productivity.
Hard Skills
MUST HAVES :
- 2+ year of previous injection mold experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with hand / power tools
NICE TO HAVES :
- Own their own hand / power tools
- Ability to read blue prints
Work Environment
This is a very clean, climate-controlled environment. They are currently working 5-10 hours of OT a week.
