Technical Talent Acquisition Lead

The Role

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be a strategic partner to the business to help shape our recruitment processes, creative hiring strategies and work to build inclusive and high-performing teams.

What You’ll Own

• In this role, you will support Linktree by identifying and engaging with top talent, with a strong focus on building out product and tech.
• You will own the full cycle recruiting for engineering, product and design.
• You will champion modern sourcing and hiring techniques, approaches and channels to own the team’s tech recruiting strategy.
• You will take ownership of building a high-trust, ownership-focused environment where you will partner with stakeholders to drive the most impactful hiring decisions and initiatives.
• You will inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process.
• You'll make informed data-driven decisions that build efficiencies into the recruiter process.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in the Technical Recruiting space preferably in a startup environment.
• Someone comfortable with creating organization and standardization of processes and hiring strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You are passionate about delivering a high-touch and quality recruiting experience.
• A team player mentality with a positive attitude.

Where and How We Work

We are a global and diverse group offering a truly flexible and family-friendly work environment. Kids, pets, and the occasional delivery person are all actively encouraged to appear on our Zoom screens.

All of us at Linktree work either fully remote or a hybrid approach.

We currently have offices in Melbourne, LA and (soon to be) SF but our team is spread across Australia, United States, Europe and New Zealand.

As our team approaches 200 people, our company will be 10x the size we were in 2020.

We offer autonomy and flexibility in how you structure your days and weeks. There will be the need for some collaboration outside of a "normal" 9-5 being a global company, but we aim to work asynchronously where possible.

Linktree is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $130,000-$170,000 in the San Francisco Bay or Los Angeles area.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise, the scope of role and level, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
