Job description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mold Restoration Manager to join our team. As the Operations / Mitigation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and the mold division.
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive training and hands-on experience in Mold & Water Restoration, providing technical leadership to the department.

- Leadership and Oversight :
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Inspect and troubleshoot problems, offering recommendations on process and material enhancements.
- Project Management :
- Manage all aspects of mold inspections and projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Prepare accurate quotes based on project requirements.
- Team Support :
- Provide care and support to Carpet Cleaning Technicians and other water restoration jobs.
- Utilize Mold, Carpet Cleaning, and Water Restoration expertise to assist technicians when needed.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in water damage restoration (minimum 3 years required).
- Training and experience in Mold & Water Restoration.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50-65 lbs.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong consideration to Spanish speaking candidates
