PositionSummary :
We are looking for ahighly organized and detailoriented Personal Injury Case Managerwho is fluent in both English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate willhave experience in handling personal injury cases from intakethrough prelitigation. You will be responsible for managing allaspects of case management including client communicationcoordinating medical care and preparing comprehensivedocumentation.
This is a key role in our firm and you will workclosely with attorneys and other staff to ensure that our clientsreceive the best possiblerepresentation.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Managepersonal injury cases from intake throughprelitigation
- Communicate effectively withclients medical providers and attorneys in both English andSpanish
- Coordinate medical care and treatmentfor clients
- Prepare organize and maintain casefiles and documentation
- Draft and preparedemands letters and other legal documents asneeded
- Monitor and manage deadlines ensuringtimely progression of cases
- Provide regularupdates to clients on case status andprogress
- Assist attorneys with case preparationand trial support asneeded
