Responsible for planning, directing, establishing, developing and implementing all human resource policies and programs relating to all phases of personnel activity.
Directs and monitors recruitment / hiring process. Keeps well organized Human Resources records, investigates accidents, and prepares necessary reports in a timely fashion.
Ensures adherence to all federal, state and local employment laws, administration of compensation and benefit programs, and company policies and procedures within the scope of human resources and in accordance with the objectives of the company.
Reports to Office Manager and on occasion confers with company owners to carry out business objectives and direct human resource staff in the coordination and development of best practices.
Hours are : Monday - Friday 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m.
