Intermediate Mechanical Assembler(1st Shift 5am-230pm)

Job Summary :

Perform a variety of functions related to the operation of an SMT production line, including stencil print, SMT equipment setup and teardown, reflow, and inline inspection. Demonstrate professionalism, leadership, and initiative in your daily activities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Job Responsibility :

• Moderately complex surface mount manufacturing processes utilizing both automated equipment and hand assembly.
• Install, assemble, and inspect electronic components during product assembly according to documented work instructions.
• Interpreting Job Routers, written instructions, and drawings.
• Performing a variety of inspections to ensure assemblies meet standards.
• Performing pass downs with outgoing / incoming shifts.
• Train and work with diverse groups.
• Perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies, feeder loading, and setup with kits.
