Ideal candidates will have experience in a batch process chemical manufacturing facility, managing the processes, and leading a team / having direct reports.

Background Profile
- BS Chemical Engineering or Chemistry (MS, PhD and MBA is preferred)
- 10+ Years of Experience, at least three years of having direct reports
- Plant and chemical manufacturing experience is a must
