JOB SUMMARY :
Client is seeking a tech-savvy HR Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
This role entails meticulous data entry and payroll system management to uphold our commitment to excellence and data accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have a knack for quickly identifying and resolving issues, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our team members through effective payroll and attendance management processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Audit timesheets, pay-related data, and process retro pay adjustments.
- Respond to and resolve pay inquiries promptly.
- Support the FC attendance management process.
- Complete ServiceNow cases for HR case management.
- Assist in data clean-up projects for new system implementations and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Industry Experience Required :
Experience in HR with a focus on Payroll, Benefits, or Wage and Hour support is preferred. Familiarity with Workday, Kronos, or ServiceNow is a bonus.
