Our client has an immediate opening for an Operations / Customer Support Specialist to provide customer support andinternal orchestration of company processes including questions orpotential issues relating to the LinkTrust Affiliate MarketingPlatform.
The ideal candidate should have someexperience with affiliate marketing and providing some supportservices. We are looking for a selfmotivated and driven individualwho is meticulous highly organized and customercentric who caneffectively interact with a team and has excellent oral and writtencommunication.
This position reports directly to the Director ofOperations.
Duties :
- Provide support services to clients throughcalls emails and chat
- Answer technicalquestions
- Review platformfeatures
- Discuss feature requests and issues
- Meet with the support team daily to reviewcurrent tickets
- Meet with the support teamweekly to review KPIs and opportunities forimprovement
- Help prioritize and create supportprojects
- Support the Development Team with newreleases
- Quality assurancetesting
- Create system and email releasenotifications for clients
- Connect with Clientsto help Beta test features
- Update / Publish newdocumentation
- Help center updates includingrelease notes
- APIdocumentation
- Liaison with the developmentteam about client needs
- Improve workflows andprocesses
