• Conducting every client consultation alone
• Managing your own calendar and admin
• Sending invoices or chasing overdue bills
• Burning the midnight oil writing motions after a day of admin chaos We have trained staff and proven systems to handle all of that. What You WILL Be Doing
• Litigating, negotiating, and advocating for clients in meaningful family law matters
• Leading strategy sessions with support from experienced paralegals and team members
• Preparing for and attending hearings, mediations, and trials
• Building strong client relationships through guidance and advocacy
• Growing professionally through mentorship, training, and leadership opportunities Who We're Looking For We want an attorney who :
