- Help set carts for Hibachi chefs when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dish machine.
- Maintain cleanliness on kitchen lines.
- Put away product deliveries.
- Ensure proper labeling and rotation of all products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-in freezer, cooler, and dry storage.
- Help busser clean dirty tables and maintain restroom and exterior cleanliness as needed.
- Perform rigorous cleaning and maintenance duties and physically demanding work.
- Perform job duties that are dirty.
- Complete maintenance duties that may require ladders like changing air filters and dusting crown moldings, etc.
- Take out trash, break down boxes and maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster area.
- Follow all policies and food safety procedures.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side-work as well as daily cleaning duties.
