Job Description

• Provides comprehensive reviews to ensure childcare programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and clients receive the highest level of care
• Records, compiles, and analyzes performance and compliance information to ensure quality
• Extensive review of every Childcare case to ensure accuracy of all data entry including client and childcare providers
• Develops and implements continuous quality improvement process recommendation to Project Director
• Communicates effectively with management and team members using good judgment and diplomacy
• Clearly articulates and documents that staff are performing timely and accurate services according to operational procedures and processes in the Childcare guide
• Provides audit reports to manger and keeps management informed as to the status of program quality matters, including performance
• Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
• Conduct file and system maintenance reviews for all Childcare cases
• Assist with the development, implementation and enforcement of quality assurance plans
• Assists and prepares responses for quality assurance monitoring
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Two years direct customer service experience in a childcare or related fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in conducting quality assurance auditing activities preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong diligence to being detail minded Experience with publicly funded programs
• Experience working in case management
• Ability to use MS Word Suite and various client-based systems to carry out daily duties and responsibilities
• Bilingual or multilingual preferred
