Regional Sales Representative

About the Role :

As our Regional Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Aqua Lily Pad in your territory. You'll connect with dealers and marinas, present our innovative product lines, and ensure our brand is top-of-mind in the marine, lake, and outdoor recreation industries. You'll collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support preseason planning, in-season replenishment, and post-season reviews. You'll attend trade shows, events, and dealer meetings, always looking for new opportunities to grow our network and drive revenue.

What We're Looking For :

You have at least three years of B2B or regional sales experience, ideally in consumer products, outdoor recreation, or marine industries. You're comfortable with CRM platforms like Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and you know how to prospect, close deals, and manage multi-state territories. You're a relationship-builder, a persuasive presenter, and a skilled negotiator. You're organized, disciplined, and hungry to grow a brand and outperform expectations. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not required for proven top performers.

This is a high-commission role with a competitive base salary ($40,000–$45,000) and on-target earnings of $100,000–$120,000.
