Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our team. The role involves performing eye examinations, diagnosing and managing eye diseases, and prescribing corrective lenses.
This position offers a collaborative environment with advanced equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and diagnose conditions like glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
- Prescribe corrective lenses and manage care for pre- and post-operative eye surgery patients.
- Collaborate with ophthalmologists and healthcare professionals to ensure thorough patient care.
- Maintain detailed patient records and stay updated with the latest optometry developments.
- Engage in community outreach and patient education.
Qualifications :
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid optometry license in Indiana.
- Strong diagnostic skills and patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
