Child Life Specialist

Description The Child Life Specialist plans and implements a Child Life program which is focused upon the emotional and developmental needs of the hospitalized child, adolescent, and family.

S / he works with members of the medical, nursing, social service, Chaplaincy, and Volunteer Services staff to provide a comprehensive and integrated range of therapeutic activities.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
