Job Description : We are looking for a SuccessFactors consultant that has extensive experience setting up and configuring reports and dashboards in Learning, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting & Onboarding.

Must Haves-Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors Learning, Performance & Goals and / or Recruiting & OnboardingBe familiar with all reporting methods available in SuccessFactorsPossess either an Associate or Professional level SuccessFactors certificationAnalyze as-is reporting processesAdvise on best practicesConfigure / activate reporting methods that are not being utilized in the current systemSet up Role-based permissions, if necessaryDocument all configuration / system changesPreferred Skills : Knowledge transfer to ERP technical staff of system changes and capabilities.
