Dispatcher / CSR (Plumbing) Clearwater, FL

Then you are in luck! We are hiring a Dispatcher / CSR to join us!
We are looking for an onsite CSR / Dispatcher to join our team in our Clearwater, FL office, and we want the best. At Talon Plumbing dba Blue Flow All-Service Plumbing, this position is responsible for coordinating work with customers (external and internal) and the Plumbing Manager and Supervisors.
This involves constant knowledge of asset availability (people and equipment) to support planned work and respond to emergency or special requests.
This Dispatcher will also coordinate work with our Transportation department.

What You’ll Do :
- Monitor daily workflow
- Communicate and Coordinate Work with Plumbing Personnel, Materials, Equipment and Customers
- Receive and Respond to Emergency customer requests
- Address problems and requests by communicating information or providing solutions
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Use phone and / or computer to send work order info to personnel
- Via GPS, Monitor the route and status of drivers to, from, and on customer sites
- Provide drivers with information about traffic, construction work zones, accidents, weather information or any other obstacles that may affect their travel route
- Send out nightly and next-day Schedules
- Answer Phones for Service Requests
- Develop good relationships with customers and technicians
What Makes You Great?
- Service Titan experience, 2+ years REQUIRED
- Previous dispatching experience
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be detail-oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker
