Atención a clientes, recepción de
casos / tickets de servicios para su correspondiente despacho.
Funciones de Call Dispatcher Regional :
- Controlar y administrar la recepción de casos, tickets o llamadas para atención de servicios a clientes.
- Controlar, asignar y despachar al personal técnico los casos de servicios.
- Realizar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los SLA (Service Level Agreement / Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicios).
- Completar y cerrar respectivamente los servicios efectivamente finalizados por personal técnico.
- Interacción y responsable de múltiples cuentas de tamaño y / o criticidad considerable.
- Colaborador, proactivo, experto en la materia.
Requisitos del Call Dispatcher Regional :
- Avalar una experiencia mínima de 4 años en atención directa a los clientes.
- Ser capaz de manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente con fechas y plazos concurrentes.
- Imprescindible tener dominio del idioma Inglés, escrito y conversacional.
- Experiencia como Call Dispatcher, atención al cliente, call center o áreas afines.
- Amplio conocimiento en Word, Excel y power point y softwares CRM (Customer Relationship Management / aplicación de atención y control a clientes).
- Estudios mínimos Bachillerato o estudiante universitario en Administración, área de informática o equivalente.
