Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with point-to-point controls, a strong foundation in system programming, and a proven ability to lead projects that enhance building efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct the installation and commissioning of building automation systems to ensure operational excellence and compliance with project specifications.
- Perform routine service and advanced repairs on existing systems to improve longevity and functionality.
- Mentor and lead a team of technicians, providing training and support to enhance their skills in building automation technologies.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in control systems to ensure the use of cutting-edge technology in all projects.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided.
- Utilize expertise in programming and graphics to tailor systems to meet specific client requirements and project needs.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the installation and management of building automation systems.
- Proficient in the programming and configuration of various control systems, with a special focus on point-to-point controls.
- Valid Washington state driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Established work history in Seattle, WA, demonstrating commitment and professionalism in previous projects.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Advanced skills in graphical interface programming and customization.
