Woodbridge Home Solutions is a Nationally Recognized home improvement company with over 34 years of industry experience.
We offer design assistance to help homeowners select the right combination of products that will enhance their home's beauty, reduce energy costs, and increase their home's value.
We are looking for driven, dynamic, and design-oriented experienced Sales Consultants for our Kansas Outside Sales Team.
This team specializes in Windows, Doors, and Siding
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Attend pre-set and pre-qualified meetings with customers, closing deals effectively.
- Engage homeowners in detailed discussions about our product offerings.
- Guide residential homeowners in selecting products that perfectly suit their needs.
- Participate in professional, paid training sessions and attend weekly sales meetings.
- Gain familiarity with industry-leading product samples to better serve our customers
WHAT YOU NEED :
- In-home sales, outside sales or direct sales experience (design experience is a plus)
- Influential, persuasive communication and presentation skills
- Strong Work Ethic and Drive to Succeed!
- Flexible schedule - homeowner appointments may be in the evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license , reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent
PAY :
- Average Earning Potential of $150k Plus
- Commission and Bonus
