Job Title : Marketing Specialist
Contract : Contract (8+ Months)- Possibility to an extension OR hire as FTE
Location : Boston, MA (hybrid 3 days onsite in a week)
DESCRIPTION
- Develops the marketing strategy, plans and events to create brand awareness and drive revenue. Performs research and analysis in order to define market segments and understand the competitive landscape.
- Establishes product, service and promotional priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended.
- Coordinates with other functional areas to ensure marketing priorities are consistent with corporate strategic and operational plans.
- Assesses market penetration and customer satisfaction. Creates and overseas production of promotional materials to support product and sales initiatives.
- Supports internal communications, marketing, training, motivational and incentive development efforts.
- Identifies and implements procedures and systems to ensure the Company’s marketing activities are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinate, implement and oversee direct and digital marketing acquisition campaigns for a range of products and services from agency kick-off to art and list files to vendor.
A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO :
- Run agency kick-off meetings and partner with agencies to build multi-channel campaigns.
- Run creative reviews with marketing leadership.
- Run list kick-offs and serve as liaison between data teams and campaign list generation.
- Lead projects as part of cross functional team managing stakeholders.
- Keep campaigns on track.
CORE REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, direct mail, digital marketing or related fields

- 5-7 years of related job experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, managing open dialogue on status and setting right expectations.

- Ability to manage several campaigns simultaneously and talent working under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
