Additional Responsibilities Include :

  • Serves as the primary liaison between property-level management and the Yield Management team, supporting reservations and inventory functions.
  • Supervises the Resort Inventory Supervisor working on behalf of the managed resorts.
  • Manages a group of resorts in specified regions.
  • Maximizes sales potential by analyzing reports and making decisions to achieve budgeted sales goals.
  • Allocates within liabilities to support various owner and developer programs; reconciles owner and developer team member liabilities.
  • Works closely with the Sales and Marketing departments in an effort to meet budget and develop contingency plans when the budget is not achievable.
  • Reviews future occupancy (to update availability, rates, monitoring blocks, group pick-up, etc.) on a daily basis, makes decisions to open or close out dates based on occupancy and / or overbooking strategy.
  • Communicates with management to make rate adjustments based on special events, market demands, and trends.
  • Works closely with resort managers at assigned resorts in order to address occupancy needs, new programs, reservation issues, and establishing an overbooking plan.
  • Performs one-on-one and group trainings on site with property management and team members.
  • Makes critical decisions on space management that will help drive occupancy, revenue, and arrivals to achieve budget goals and assist sales reach sales goals.

To fulfill this role optimally, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications and experience :

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • A minimum two (2) years of experience in the timeshare, hospitality, hotel, and / or tourism field required.
  • A minimum two (2) years of manager or supervisor experience required.
  • Must have Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions as well as knowledge and usage of correct business English and office practices.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.
  • 25% travel required.
