A $1 Billion AUM Chicago based real estate asset manager is looking for a real estate accountant. Multiple investment classes including multi-family, commercial, office, industrial, and retail.
They have a proven track record of providing their real estate investors with desirable returns and offer great w / l balance for employees (3x a week in-office in River North).

Job Responsibilities :
- Review and prepare property level financials
- Budget vs actual variance reports
- Assist with new deal transactions
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding property level requests
- Assist the accounting and finance department with Ad-Hoc deliveries
Job Requirements :
- 4 year degree in accounting or finance
- 1-4 years of experience within Accounting / Property Accounting (real estate)
- Willingness to learn and pick things up quickly
- The right attitude and team mentality
