Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time Cyber Security Engineer III in San Diego, CA.

Job Responsibilities
The candidate will provide full life cycle Risk Management Framework (RMF) support to a wide range of Navy IS, PIT, and PIT Systems.
- Assist in the development of a Systems Engineering Risk Management Plans that are that is consistent and compatible with current Navy and DoD Risk Managementpolicies and practices where applicable.
- Develop and maintain a Plan of Action and Milestone (POA&M) for all IA-related tasks and deliverables in accordance with the Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)
- Develop Risk Assessment Reports (RARs) based on vulnerability test results, automated scan reviews, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans, and other DoD-mandated assessment-utilities.
- Document A&A-information in the A&A Package consistent with all other Packages and ensure that there are no omissions.
- Assist in developing the TEMP.
- Perform / assist administrators in security engineering testing and analysis to include, but not be limited to, STIG, SCAP scans, ACAS Scans, HBSS, penetration testing, and
software assurance.
- Document and deliver vulnerability findings, tests, analyzes, and recommendations to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Leverage the full capabilities of eMASS, eMASSter, and other Navy tools for artifact management and automated process workflow.
Required Skills / Experience
- 8+ years of experience Cybersecurity / Information Assurance (CS / IA) support.
- 2+ years of experience working in the Navy RPG process.
- 2+ years of experience in two or more of the following CS / IA areas : CS / IA Compliance; Software Assurance and Security Engineering;
Systems Security Architecture; Systems Security Analysis; Computer Network Defense (CND) Analysis; Threat Analysis; Exploitation Analysis
- Experience providing Cybersecurity services for IS, PIT, PIT Systems.
- Experience with IA vulnerability testing and related and system test tools, e.g. Nmap, ACAS / Nessus, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)
- Experience leading one or more of the following CS / IA areas : CS / IA engineering design efforts to solve current or potential issues;
- assessing CS / IA technology gaps; leading design and fielding of CS / IA technologies; leading or providing support to DoN and / or DoD CS / IA working groups;
creation and proposal of technical solutions to CS / IA gaps
- IAT Level III certification.
- Good in-person communication skills.
- Requires access up to, and including, TS / SCI.
- BS in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
RMF support to any of combat weapons systems, shipboard aviation systems, Hull / Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E), Industrial Control Systems (ICS) / Navy Control System (NCS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
