Responsibilities
- Direct market finance department activities, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and values
- Oversee the Finance Department for accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly statements and annual audits
- Establish and maintain systems and controls to verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data
- Prepare reports summarizing and forecasting company business activity and financial positions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (required); Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)
- CPA license (preferred)
- Five years of for-profit hospital experience, with at least three years in a supervisory role
- Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
