Attorneys based in Puerto Rico. This role is crucial in ensuring astrong

Client ServiceAttorney guides clients through the complexities of theircases.
Salary range : $60K$65K
Responsibilities :
- Maintain rapport and serve as the primary pointof contact for clients with a proactive and consistentcommunication.
- Guide clients through thelitigation process ensuring they understand of the information andstages.
- Monitor timelines and deadlines toensure timely updates to clients
- Maintainstructured cadence for client followup to ensure an optimal clientexperience
- Collaborate with a team of attorneysfor optimalefficiency.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state barlicense in Puerto Rico or US States Bar
- Willingto work a 1 : 00PM10 : 00PMschedule.
