Malone Workforce Solutions is currently seeking experienced Food and Nutrition Supervisors for the area's leading hospital system! This position is available through the temp-to-hire program in place with Malone Solutions.

FOOD AND NUTRITION SUPERVISOR HIGHLIGHTS :
- $19 / hour, hire on pay based on years of experience
- Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
- K with up to 4% company match upon being hired on full time

FOOD AND NUTRITION SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The Supervisor, Food Services is responsible for supervising staff and related operational functions, coordinating the menu, production and procurement, along with service and sanitation processes.
- This individual applies age appropriate skills in the delivery of service, monitors quality work standards to ensure compliance with departmental and organizational goals, evaluates education and training needs of staff, promotes teamwork while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment, and contributes to the efficient operations of the department and applies age appropriateness skills in the delivery of service for patients aged neonate through geriatric.
FOOD AND NUTRITION SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS :
- One year in food services
- One year in a high volume healthcare setting is desired (not required)
- ServSafe Food Safety is desired (not required)
- Associates Degree is desired (not required)
- Certified Dietary Manager is desired (not required)
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
