Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Physician Assistant to join our Outpatient OB / GYN Team.
The Opportunity :
Foundation Health Partners (FHP) OB / GYN is dedicated to prioritizing patients by delivering high-quality care in women's health.
Our focus centers on building a patient-centered team, consisting of medical practitioners who specialize in the overall well-being of women.
Within the FHP OB / GYN clinic, we offer fully equipped facilities for comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in the outpatient setting.
As a valued team member, you will contribute to our commitment to women's health, emphasizing preventive measures and screening for women's health conditions.
Your role extends to both acute and long-term management of women's health-related conditions, impacting the lives of residents in Fairbanks and surrounding communities.

- Compensation : Starting at a base of $133,328 , compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus.
- Schedule : M-F outpatient clinic. No night call. Weekends & holidays off. 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CME.
- Patient Panel : Offering a variety of female patients seeking wellness support in the outpatient setting.
- Team : A highly motivated and dedicated team consisting of 2 OB / GYN physicians, 1 RN and 1 MA.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be approved to practice by the State Joint Board on the Regulation of Physician's Assistants. NCCPA certification required.
Exhibits an exemplary professional demeanor and interpersonal relationship skills.
Demonstrates proficiency in computer applications and database management. Must have sufficient experience, confidence, and judgment to function with little outside direction.
Ability to maintain CME currency as required to maintain NCCPA certification. Requires personal DEA license.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced degree preferred. Experience in clinical setting including supervision is preferred. ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and / or Neonatal Resuscitation certifications desirable.
