As a Sr. Payroll Analyst, job duties include :
- Lead the setup and establishment of European Workforce Administration / Employee Lifecycle Management operations.
- Support the HR transition of work from European Local Operating Companies into TBS, enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Act as a subject matter expert in time and attendance record keeping.
- Manage all aspects of time entry operations in UKG, including new hires, contractors, terminations, adjustments, and submissions.
- Conduct UKG system training for new Business Unit Managers.
- Review and verify UKG reports for accuracy; make necessary adjustments.
- Provide reporting to manufacturing facility HR and Corporate Finance.
- Support system-related projects to ensure compliance with local policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Time Management Payroll Manager on process efficiencies and improvements.
Skills :
- 7+ years of experience in payroll operations for a Global Organization.
- In-depth knowledge of time & attendance concepts and systems (UKG, Workday, ADP), advanced analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment, drive change, and align with business goals.
- Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
