Job Details
We are looking for a Litigation Attorney with a proven track record of managing high-value cases and a substantial book of business (greater than $300K) to lead our litigation practice.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, strong leadership skills, and a network of clients to drive growth and enhance our litigation capabilities.
Requirements :
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Ohio Bar.
- Minimum of 7-15 years of experience in litigation with a focus on complex commercial or high-stakes cases.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing a book of business valued at $300K or more
- Exceptional litigation skills, including trial experience, legal research, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead high-profile litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging an existing book of business.
- Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff.
- Contribute to business development efforts and expand the firm's client base.
- Collaborate with partners and practice groups to align litigation strategies with overall firm goals.
- Stay current with legal developments and industry trends to provide expert guidance.
